Not Sure If Anything's Wrong With Zoe

Well the vet finally called and she said the tests came back negative except she said the liver was a little elevated. She wants to do follow up blood work in about 3 to 4 weeks to see if there's a change. Meanwhile Zoe is just great and she's acting just like her normal crazy self.

I'm really happy that she's better and the results of the tests came out good! My son has a Bulldog that he actually got because of his hips. He was a show dog that turned up with dysplasia. They neutered him and actually gave him to us with the agreement that we would do whatever was needed for his hips including hip replacement. He is now eleven years old (which is really old for a bulldog) and is still doing good. My son has always been careful with his activity and his weight. One thing he did was started him on Glucosimine (sp) at an early age and has kept him on it. It's hard to say what effect it's had but we believe it's really helped. It might be worth considering or talking to your vet about.

I'll keep her in my thoughts, I hope everything with her liver checks out fine .

I just got a call from the animal hospital and they told me that Zoe's stool sample came back fine. Since Zoe is back to herself I'm feeling much more at ease.
