He's 13 years old his sister who is 6 was also taken plus a 3 year old boy who was taken. The boy will probably be evaluated and then depending on the outcome he will be placed somewhere. The other part of the story is that their house is in forecolsure and they will be leaving one way or another so at least the neighborhood will be safe or at least the dogs.
Karen said she will let me know as she finds out. So at least there is a semi happy ending to this who thing. Oh and btw Karen brought Major with her who is wearing an e cone but he gave me a big greeting and lots of kisses. All I could do is hug him and cry. He's such a sweet dog. I told her to put locks on her gates. She said that Major will never be left in the yard by himself again.

So glad Major is going to be ok!! That is wonderful!!! As for the family, the situation is terrible. The children should not have to live like that. I am a teacher and unfortunately we hear things like this all the time. It is really sad. I am glad the police followed up. Sometimes it is better if the kids are not with the parents. Hopefully, they have a decent relative that will help out until mom and dad decide to get their priorities straight.

You did the right thing. Most would have done the same. Poor dog, and poor boy. Who knows with the right supervision he might not be so mean to animals. You can't blame the kid if he really has problems, but the parents? Absolutely!!
