When do yorkies stop growing?

I think that the other posters have answered your growth and size questions. You also asked what you should do to get him to stop nipping at other dogs. My recommendation would be to socialize him more, letting him become friends with other dogs. They teach each other what the appropriate manners are, so if he is in their face and they nip at him, they are telling him that he is being inappropriate.

It's very difficult with Yorkies not to be overprotective when other dogs are around, but they need to learn manners and if they don't learn when they are young, they'll have serious issues later on. So let him spend time with other, well-socialized dogs and let them teach him his manners

How much do your dogs eat? and what do they eat? Gizmo is eating a mixture of Royal Canin puppy 33 and Wellness puppy about 1/4 a cup a day. I dont think that is enough but he won't eat anymore than that. I have tried adding some canned food to his diet but he gets tired of it after a few days. I just want to make sure he is eating enough to grow.

Jackson is 15lbs and eats 1/2 cup of Orijen or Acana kibble per day. I mix in a bit of wet food, and some days he gets pre-made raw as well. 1/4 cup per day is probably the perfect amount for Gizmo, and he sounds like a good self-regulator.

I free-feeding Sandy since day 1. I only give him more food if I see there are only a few kibbles left. He was on Orijen Puppy until he's 1 in summer. Now he's eating Acana Grasslands Grain-Free. Once a week he will get his boiled chicken with rice and peas/carrots.

Our breeder told us the maximum weight for him will be around 4.4lbs. His parents are not big.
