How do they know?

It's a circus in our bed when the alarm goes off. They all start barking and grabbing covers.

The Biewer starts at my ankles with those tiny pinch bites and works her way up my leg, takes a few good butt shots then onto my arms, back and shoulders.

When she reaches my neck, she then goes for my ear, but stops to sniff, snort and lick and bite, (by then I'm laughing and trying to pull the blankets over my head) then she decides she wants my hair and bites to the skull as her excitement builds, then she grabs my ponytail and tries to run off with it (does wonders for the neck).

When i'm completely under the covers, she gives up on me and turns and throws herself (full body slam) right on DH's head. (So worth the onslaught of pinchy bites to see this!)

We can pretty much depend on the same scenario when we go to bed too! I'll have to switch from flannels and satin PJ's to an anti-sharkbite suit!

When they hear my alarm go off they all take up positions that make as difficult as they can for me to be able to pick them up and take them out. I just don't understand how they know the difference and why they want to go out on weekends but on weekdays don't want any part of going outside. Any ideas how they know the difference and why they are so anxious to go out on weekends before the sun has even thought of coming up?

Why is it all week long I hear the alarm in it's final warning and then drag myself out of bed. Saturday and Sunday I'm up and awake at the same time the first alarm should have gone off but isn't even set! I must be part Yorkie...ye going with that.
