This Isn't Normal Yorkie Hair!

Carmel and Emma are both not really changing colors Emma seems to be changing somewhat (the black on her head and face has turned more reddish color..)Carmel, on the other hand, has not changed much. I can't wait to see what happens...I have been anticipating for their color change for awhile now... I will try to upload pictures later...

So if he's a cotton or soft coat, does that mean he will stay dark? He'll be two in March. I've been trying to figure out how old they are when their coats stop changing. His sister, Iris, seems to keep getting lighter. I think she has a silky coat though they are littermates.

Bailey has wispy ends but it looks like the new hair is comming in really thick. Thank goodness it never tangles but I do brush her every day. Her brother has had really thick hair twice as long as hers since he was like 9 weeks old. She is growing slower too. I think it will be long eventually though. Your little man looks normal to me. I am no expert but he is adorable!

Your "Yorkie Bear" looks exactly the same as my "Baby Bear"! My baby is 17 months old and have the exact same colors.

I love these colors and how fluffy they look with their cotony coat
