| I think I have a new baby girl I think I may have found my new baby girl. I am talking with a woman who has a Silky for 300 dollars and she is akc registered which I could care less about. The reason they are selling her so cheap is because she has been with them for 6 months. One of her ears did not stand so she never sold with the rest of the litter. I could care less about her ears. She is not housebroken so I will have two babies to work with. Fun Fun Fun. Keep your fingers crossed for me. |

| You would think at 6 months old she would have some kind of training but she said she spent the days outside running on the 12 acres that the man has and the nights in her crate. She will not be in a crate once she is with me, she will be in the bed right next to me and Scooter : ) |

| Good luck with your new baby. Training will come in due time and you're right who cares about their ears. I always take the underdog or undercat. We got our Bassets really cheap because they were 4 months old and they weighed 25 lbs each. I'm so glad we did because I don't know what would have happened if they every got separated because they are so close. I think we got them both for $700 and although it is really hard raising such big dogs I never regretted taking both of them. They had them in a little crib and they could barely move. When they took them out they could barely stand up. They were deathly afraid of the outdoors we had to carry them to the car. Imagine keeping two big dogs like that in such a small space 24/7 without even letting them stretch their legs. Now Chloe still has some soft tissue problems from being cramped up so long. | Congrats! Isn't snuggling with them at nite the best? Yes it is and I was mistaken about the ear standing, both her ears stand but her tail is not cropped. Like I care,,I mean, are dogs not suppose to have tails lol. I am adding some pictures of her to my profile because I still have not learned how to put them here lol. I am so excited |

| Aww - my Yorkie girl is Sadie Mae! I think it's a great name! It's kind of a funny story. My Mom's real name was Eltia Mae but her maiden name was Hawkins. As a kid her nick name was Sadie. When she and my dad met he didn't even know her real name wasn't Sadie. When I got my girl and decided to name her Sadie the Mae just kind of came along with it. My sister thought it was weird that we named our Yorkie after my mother but Mom understood that from me it was actually a compliment. Mom passed away last April but she did get to meet her namesake. |
