I would have told him to pack his crap back up and leave, then I'd call the company and request someone else do the work instead, explaining that the man had no cooth or respect for their customers and that he should not be doing "housecalls" because it is poor representation for their company. If the owner gives you flack then cancel the order and take your business elsewhere. If they care about customer service then they should be willing to comply w/ your request and maybe even discount the labor charges for installation. It just p*@$! me off the way people are so rude now a days!! It's one thing to have to put up w/ this in public somewhere...but in YOUR OWN HOME?!?!?!!! How dare he!!

| I agree with you all. Although, even large men can be scared to death of dogs, even tiny ones. So he was either rude or scared. Either way, I'm sorry for that happening to you. |
