| Sizing a puppia harness I am wanting to purchase a puppia mesh harness for Tinkerbell and I am uncertain which size would be a better fit, the xs, or small. She weighs exactly 4 lbs and is 6 months old. I was hoping someone that has this harness could guide me. Thanks a bunch. |

| My only advice is to follow their sizing guide. IMO their harnesses do run small. I have some of their harnesses, too.

| I love the puppia harness. I have the medium for Molly who weighs 15lbs.

| Sophie Kate wears Puppia harnesses, as suggested use the sizing chart. Another suggestion is go to a store that sells them locally and try them on her. I had to that with Sophie Kate when I first got her since everything was so big.

The over the head type is strange, the body portion is a little loose but Snick's head wouldn't fit into the xsmall head hole. I guess he has a big head???? Lol Smiles- Snick & Viv

| Thanks Thanks everyone. I wish there was a store locally that sold these so I could try them on. I will measure Tink and see where she falls on there charts. I purchased a mesh type harness at a local pet store when I first brought her home, but she can't get her head through it now, and they are no longer carrying that type of harness. |

| It if helps Sophie Kate is at 8 lbs full grown and she wears a small in the Puppia. We have had one of her harnesses since she was 7 months old and was about 4 lbs, it was big on her but she still wore it (she had to since she decided to chew the one harness that fit her properly). Depending on her head and chest size you might be able to get a small and make adjustments. Remember with a Puppia you can only adjust the chest. I remember trying to buy my first harness, I was so frustrated because I kept buying the wrong sizes. Also Amazon has great prices for Puppia products.

| I have the Medium for Tyson (11lbs) fits him perfectly. I bought the Small for Kenai (2.5lbs) and it's way to big. He'll grow into it, but for now I had to resort to a lesser quality one until he fits. |

| I was thinking about getting my MiMi a Puppia harness as well but then i saw the harness below on etsy and fell in love with all the differnt colors and how fun and functional they look. Plus its also a step-in, no pull harness. Its so hard to choose to be honest. Ill probably end up with both though. |
