no dog should be kept in cages....my pups are 6 weeks old and have the run of the house...and cry when I baby gate them in the bathroom at night...i couldnt imagine them being kept in cages.....that makes me so sad...

Yeah, it made me sad too. I really hate to rob the lady of her livliehood but that is extreme cruelty in my opinion. She thinks a neighbor turned her in and I feel like a heel, but even so, I really hope the city stays on her.

I hope that they take her dogs. That is right but in a lot of cases...around here, anyway, if they have shelter food and water, they won't do anything. It's really sad.
