Senior Yorkie Talker | up date on masie to day masie went for her last injection and also had her microchip dne the poor little mite screamed out when she had her microchip dne and when we got bk hme she was wanting to cme sit on my knee i went to pick her up and she yelped really loud i must hv caught her were she had her micro chip dne does any one kno when she will be ok and i dnt hv to watch how she is picked up she also got weighed and she weighes 2lb.10oz so im think ill hv a 5 to 6lb little girl when she gets older |

| I don't know but I'm sorry she's hurting! Usually they put the microchip in when the baby is getting fixed because the needle is so big! I hope she's okay soon!

| I hope your little one feels better soon. I am clueless about how long it will take; perhaps a week or so. I was told from a friend who works at Banfield to wait until Khloe gained a little weight and was being spayed so that she would be under anesthesia before micro-chipping. The size of the needle to insert a microchip is about the size of a fork prong; ouch! Did the vet offer you any pain relievers? I would call your vet and ask him to write you a prescription for pain meds, and administer them to your little love for the next few days.
