This is horrible.

I wonder how that 12 year old would like it if she was thrown into a river?...Just saying, I bet she wouldn't.

My opinion - Not only should the child be punished, but the parent/guardian be punished just the same. No nut case child should be left alone with an animals, or other children for that fact....Well no "it" shouldn't be left alone at all. What is wrong with some people these days?

OMG! What a sick B*#@H!!! She should live the rest of her life locked up. If she will do that to puppies, what will she do to her children?

I have to ask myself the question: "Where did she get the puppies?" Were they from a family dog's litter. Did her parents send her out to "get rid of them"? I'd like to know more about the situation because she may not be the only loser. Maybe she was following directions from her parents. You don't just find a bucket of puppies somewhere - what was the motivation? Maybe the entire family is SICK!!!

These poor puppies didn't have a chance and furthermore I think they should take this girl and throw her in the river. That also goes for the one who was video taping this awful barbaric act. What good are they in this society when they can do this.

that video was absolutely DISGUSTING. i hope she gets the worst punishment possible for animal cruelty. they should put a bag around her head, tie her to cement shoes and throw her in a raging river like she did those poor defensless puppies...

So many people who commit crimes later in life often have a juvie record of animal cruelty. Obviously this girl deserves to be locked up for the welfare of herself, society, and animals regardless of her age. Hopefully there will be some repercussions for the family but since they weren't the ones actually murdering the innocent puppies it's not as likely.

This whole issue still has me so heated!!!
