The video is BEYOND disturbing, isn't it?!

I clicked on a link a few days ago just to read this story and somehow it started a video on its own. So, as I was reading, I heard it start. I couldn't get it to stop because I was so freaked out and hitting all the wrong buttons. I saw a few seconds but then ran out of my room to get away from it.....but not before I heard one of those innocent babies squeaking. It sounded so itty bitty and precious....

SOOOOOO AWFUL!

If I remember correctly, the girl is only 12 years old. Jail time won't be an option for someone her age. The authorities need to go after the parents who told her to go do this. Possibly give them the jail time.

She's only 12?

I thought she was 17. Doesn't matter....either way, she has some VERY serious mental issues!!!

I read one of the articles about her in the digital Journal. Apparently her grandmother told her and her brother to throw them into the river as it was the "humane" thing to do!!?? In consideration that she is underage, the authorities are at a loss of what to do.

They can put her in juvie till 21! There is a clear cut line she crossed of right and wrong and the fact that she was laughing proves that she needs some intense rehabilitation. Unfortunately parents/guardians are never held accountable for their actions in situations like these.

Only 12 y/o and already a sociopath...I guess she was born one. That video made me SICK and I too regret having watched it. To think how I sobbed when one of my puppies died at 3 days old and there are people who have no kindness in their hearts at all. I just don't understand. So very sad.

I saw this video when it was posted originally and it made me absolutely sick. I am so glad they caught the girl responsible - but I can't believe she is only 12! Even if her family told her to do it...she did it without hesitation and VIDEOTAPED the act as if she is proud of her actions.

It just reminds me what cruel and evil people there are in this world. I couldn't bear to read the articles, but I am glad she was caught. She'll probably get off with a slap on the wrist, but the poor puppies are the ones who suffered. Poor little things. Just makes me sick.

is not like she is crying because somebody making her do it, and I agree who ever witness this and/or recording this, had to be accountable too
