All mine came from reputable show breeders. You have to be so careful these days - health/quality reasons. You have to do your research before buying - better to be safe and not sorry. I have been very pleased with the breeders I bought from. They were very honest. But I think I put them through the xo?!o* before I bought. They were very happy I checked them out so much first. My daughter is going to college now to be a deputy officer/agent so I quess I get it from her.

Edgar came from heaven...

seriously, my husband called an ad in the newspaper and we went to this older, retired couple's house. (drove 2/2.5 hrs)and it was love at neck snuggle.

i did get to see the mother. she was super hyper! Edgar didn't seem to be that way. they had 2 more males but their personalities weren't as loving.

i think that this couple is what the others are referring to as hobby breeders? more for a pet than a show dog.

I found my breeder through an on-line ad. She ended up living only an hour and a half from me and was exactly what I was looking for, a family who owned both parents and were having Spring puppies!

Cali came from a hobby breeder in Rockton, Il. Both parents on site.

Olivia and Aimee are both from my sister's brother-in-law's dog Tori. My sister has their Aunt and Uncle. He lives here in town so I was lucky. No shipping and I got to see them right away when they were born.

We were referred by a vet to a show breeder .... didn't want a "show dog" to show, nor a Yorkie to breed .... just wanted a good breeder concerned with breeding for health!! The Toto is everything we wanted and more ... much, much more!! She is our joy!!!

Sweetie and my brother's Yorkie Sheila, came from a none breeder. Be careful, do not get one from a pet shop!

Princess came from a wonderful Breeder.
She asked lots of questions, and so did I.
Both parents were there, cute as can be.
I knew Princess was the one for me.
It was love at first sight!

Found my Bailey Boy,, from a local internet site, that has ads,, called and they had 2 males left,,went to " just look at em" YA RIGHT, ya see how that turned out.
