| My Puppy Since last night until today my puppy have diarrhea. At first it look like she wanted to throw up but she didn't. Next thing I know she have diarrhea and it's brown puddle diarrhea too. Ever since we bought her we feed her single grain organic oatmeal cereal mix with water and a little drop of honey in one dish. Max Puppy - Chicken, lamb & rice formula on one side and Pro Plan - Chicken & rice entree on the other half of the other disk. Just recently we gave her two Honey Nut Cheerios and one Cesar treat - softies Grilled Chicken flavor as treats when we train her. I also give her a little bit of Gerber Turkey & turkey Gravy today. We also have a disk of water for her as well. What might be the cause of the diarrhea? What can do or give her to make her better? |

| If your puppy is young and tiny - she needs to go to the vet in order to not get dehydrated. Repeat diarrhea is nothing to fool around with in these tiny ones. I'm not sure about the oatmeal; I've never given it do my dog. Try to stick to the plain cheerios for treats and perhaps look for a better food than Pro Plan. There are better foods out there. I've never given baby food either; though I know there are folks that do. Sounds like she is getting quite a wide variety of things to eat. I'd try to keep it more simple until you find out what is triggering this. Until you can get to the Vet - you can try a bland diet of chicken (boiled with no seasonings) and white rice.
