If your puppy is young and tiny - she needs to go to the vet in order to not get dehydrated. Repeat diarrhea is nothing to fool around with in these tiny ones.
I'm not sure about the oatmeal; I've never given it do my dog. Try to stick to the plain cheerios for treats and perhaps look for a better food than Pro Plan. There are better foods out there. I've never given baby food either; though I know there are folks that do.
Sounds like she is getting quite a wide variety of things to eat. I'd try to keep it more simple until you find out what is triggering this.
Until you can get to the Vet - you can try a bland diet of chicken (boiled with no seasonings) and white rice.
