Does anyone know if this poor little girl has had her puppy yet? Wasn't she already due? I just can't her off my mind. :( |

I understand everyone is upset because this girl is an idiot for letting her 2 lb girl get pregnant and then refusing a c-section for whatever reason, but I don't feel there's an honest comparison to this and natural childbirth. This dog needs a c-section. Not all dogs or women do, but those that choose no meds are rock stars in my book! |

Their little meet up was today (Sunday), less than a mile from me! That's pretty weird. |

5 pregnancies/6 children/no meds - :number1ri You are a medal of honour recipient in my book! Every Mother's Day you should be pampered to your heart's content! (not to mention your birthday, Valentine's Day, etc!) I guess I took her statement another way (I could not wrong in my interpretation). I thought she meant subjecting a 2 lb girl to bring a pup into the world whose head circumference on x-ray is larger than her pelvic measurement is absolute cruelty, and the only thing she could think of comparatively would be childbirth w/o meds. I'm sure you would agree it is one heck of an accomplishment what you went through. It is a testament to your pain tolerance and psychological stamina! Not all are capable of what you did - I would take it as a huge compliment! And if you are not being treated like a queen on Mother's Day, you just let us know!!! You know that old saying, if men had to give birth, the human race would be extinct! |

I took her statement to be mean not so much anesthesia free child birth as telling a woman she has to go crawl in to a box and deliver a potentially too large child with no one present who was capable of immediately intervening in the event of an emergency. Someone else expressed my fears earlier. I really am afraid that she's going to get lucky this time, decide that what she's doing is ok, and then repeat this cruel act. I have a question for those who work or have worked in a vet office. Are vets required to report acts of animal cruelty to authorities the way doctors are required to report suspected child abuse cases? |

I hope that this little 2 lb girl is ok. I really do. It makes me very sad that someone would breed a little tiny like that. |

Has anyone heard anything yet. Last I heard she is supposedly having a c sect today . |
I was wondering myself. Since the whole thing has gone very quiet, I'm concerned that something terrible happened. Seems that if everything turned out well, she'd be bragging about it. |
Isn't this Tanisha Breton (Trine) the same women that posted complaints about other breeders that wouldn't sell their female dogs to her? Also, she must have caught onto this because it looks like both her fb pages are now private. |
She has put all of her FB accounts on 100% private now. Makes you think she is hiding something, I hope that poor baby is ok. Hope her vet encourages her to take the less risky step of a C-section soon. you read my mind, baby teddy. |
