To those of you inquiring, there is always hope that WE can do *something* there is a group working on it that I've gotten in touch with today, I'm waiting on a response. Don't know the details but if your interested pm me your email address and I will forward when I receive the info.

Maybe, collectively an organized group of folks can do something...it is definitely worth a try.

Long shot but I have a friend who volunteers with the Ingham County Humane Society (county adjecent to Jackson if that where she still is). I might be able to get you a contact with someone there you can talk with.

Also my friends husband is a former Michigan State Police officer (retired) and now a magistrate - long shot. I will reach out to both to see if there anything that can be done.

Does anyone know her address now or even what city she is living in? It may be buried in this thread somewhere but if you know and can PM me that would be helpful.

I found this thread via a Facebook Group posting by Bethanne Bouwman Cupp with a "rescue dog" for sale. She had several dogs listed for sale, one with the number 517-796-0259. The ad reads

I expected to see her for sale on her website for an insane amount, but don't see her on there at all. Did she not make it? Oh nevermind. I'm sure she is keeping her to breed her.......Her website says "puppies coming approx. April 20, 2013 from Mylie and Annie"

As far as I have read (could be missing something), she has done nothing illegal according to Michigan law relating to breeding. The thing that may get her is the donation fiasco. To my knowledge AC can do nothing. Her dogs are fed, watered, not left unattended fir 12+ hours, are giving a warn area to sleep, are vetted to the extent required, are not sold across state lines at a very early age.

I live in MI and would be happy to report..if there was something to report. That tax deductible IRS thing she pulled may backfire, but it would seem that is a federal issue.

Somehow I missed this thread back when it started. OMG! What a disgusting person! I did notice on her website she has that she's an AKC Breeder of Merit. Which I know cannot be the case. I can't believe AKC hasn't suspended her before now! Not that she wouldn't commit some other fraud to keep them AKC.

I'm miserable, another of Tanisha's pups is expecting on MY BIRTHDAY....

The latest tid bit I received in an email:

Tanisha is licensed to have 10 dogs under 7lbs with disabilities as stated in her Ripoff Report.com where she posted trying to justify herself.(Expires in June 2013?) She has about 10 dogs of her own. All her "rescue dogs" are in foster homes of her "purple kool aide drinking" fan club following. She has covered her ass as far as how many dogs she has in her house. No news of her "poster child rescue dog" Mia having been spayed OR her sister Tia (who would carry same genetic problems?) So far puppies she has produced from stud services have had problems? Intestines on the outside of puppy? Surgery done and puppy died.:mad::animal-pa:thumbdown Expecting more puppies on April 20

Oh goodness. I don't know what sizes they are when born or how old that little thing is but it sure does look tiny and with the title on that video, I'm guessing she expects this to be ultra-ultra tiny if it makes it to adulthood. Poor little thing can never really get to live like a dog and have all of the fun and freedom dogs enjoy so much. I wonder if she is selling this little thing and if so, how many thousands of dollars she will soak some woman for? Hope this little baby makes out better than some of the others. I guess as long as this woman lives, very small Yorkies in her possession are going to be used by her for profit. Poor little things.

Did you hear anything about Annie Tanisha's pup that died giving birth to breech puppies? The pup needed a c-section to deliver 2nd pup and AFTER leaving the first vet who quoted her a high price, and on her way to 2nd "cheaper" vet, she had a "heart attack" and died.

O my gosh. When will this stop? I wonder how many dogs she has buried or dumped or whatever she does with them? Poor little girl dog! Gosh I hope it didn't take her long to die but I think I know differently.

Poor little Annie. R.I.P., Annie girl. You sure deserved better, sweetheart. Wish we could have stopped this.:cry:

I don't want to give anyone ideas but I have heard that some puppy mills don't use vets at all if you know what I mean.

I bred my yorkie with her bently. My girl lost all puppies but one and she was not well. I was doing all I could to save this puppy. My female could not nurse so tanisha volenterred to let my puppy nurse off one of her girls and I said ok because I thought if she could nurse she might bet better. well after nursing for one day she was no better. The next day I went back to get my puppy and she would not give me my puppy back. Told police that I gave her the pup(idid not).She is over there playing god and trying to save this puppy why--

Oh dear...I'm sorry but are you not doing some of the same things she does? By all means explain your breeding program etc here, infact; start another thread and give us all the details of your breeding program and then tell us all about your problems with Tanisha. Cuz I'm having a hard time understanding why you even got involved with her?????

I have wrote and erased and wrote again just to erase again. So I decided not to "bash " you for a mistake you clearly made in breeding your girl to her male, the reason is this I know what it is like to lose pups and it's not a good feeling. But if I were you I would take my girl to the vet and have her tested for brucellosis , canine herpes virus and bacterial or viral infections. This woman studs her dogs out to anyone and everyone who can fork over the money, she does no testing for anything. Your first mistake was breeding with her , your second was taking the puppy to her. You should have gone to your vet. This woman is clearly (had you researched you would have seen) a Psycho.

I don't even own a yorkie or any dogs at the moment. I don't talk as I am pretty much an observer. I lost my baby boy who was a maltese not too long ago so I just joined different forums to read as much as I can about dogs. I smile when I see stories and pix about everyone precious babies and It brings a smile to my face but this one really breaks my heart :cry:

I thought T.B. was a nice person who wanted to help me. She is a evil person.I am going to take her to court.She is not going to get away with stealing my puppy after offering to help just to keep her. She was wrong and she knows it. I am going to do my best to put the word out their just how she really is. I was stupid to let her help me but that is what I thought she was doing and had NO idea she would do this to me. She will get what is coming to her because I will not stop or go away until she does. Ilove my dogs and would never harm them. I don't know if I am allowed to put my phone number so I wont,but I would really love to tell people the whole story so that you know I am a good and decent HONEST person. Please feel free to ask me anything.

OMG, another lurker contacted me besides Mousermissy and between talking to her and after talking to both of them I swear to god I am ready to throw up...I really honestly believe both of them and I just hope they stick around...there is so much beside Tanisha to learn at YT that I think you both can benefit from...I beg you please read the breeders section, read this whole thread...please. You both have my number and honestly if there is anything I can do to help further, please let me know also. I am by no means the all knowing, please start threads ask questions and if you can't find what your looking for or if I don't have the answer you need I will find the person who can help/answer.

I really believe you are both good people and I am sincerely sorry for the ordeal you have been through, there is just no words I can share about how I wish you had found YT before all of this....

I promise you will make friends here, you will find comfort and understanding...please don't go....

Tanisha Breton someday will be stopped, her breeding program is beyond unethical, it is inhumane and these puppies suffer tremendously and die at her hands....its absolutely atrocious to me that this person is still doing this.

It is a very sad thread but necessary to serve as just one example of the kind of people that are out there waiting to take advantage of some unsuspecting dog lover.
