Second dog opportunity -- should I do it?

Her son is having surgery, maybe the reason she didn't want you in the home. Sick child and all.

You are an amazing dog owner. You know your home situation, and your finances, if all there is good, then get that beautiful boy into your arms.

And we can all go dock diving next summer

I think Tanner is cute. Or you could stay with the presidential theme and name him Obama.

I had "buyers remorse" after finally, definitely getting Thor too. At first I was terrified his owner was going to keep him after all, and then when he was finally definitely mine, I was like, he's SO small... maybe I should have gotten a Rottweiller. Now of course I can't imagine my life without him!

I hear your concerns about the seller. However, you are such a great dog owner, I would not worry about about managing two dogs. You'll do great.

good luck on saturday. i've been keeping tabs on this thread and i think if you can't stop thinking about him then you need to go get him. you'll give him a great life and jackson would love a playmate i'm sure.

as far as names go, i don't like marco much either but think Marcus would be fabulous. its human like, strong, and distinguished name, like Jackson.

Obama, ewwww! I was actually trying to think of some others presidents names...

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who doubts myself so much. 'Marco' is a bit smaller than Jackson at 11lbs, which I'm actually kinda glad. I don't know if I could deal with two 15-16lbers

I'm thinking I really like Tanner. Ya know what I thought of... it can be my homage to the show Full House! Hah, you can see what generation I grew up in.

I really like Walker, too, though.

Maybe I should make a poll. Or just wait until I get him.

I do like Marcus, but unfortunately I knew a guy named that a few years back who I don't like! LOL. So, I can't think of him everytime I say my dogs name.

I like Benjamin... then you could always know you have a jackson and a benjamin with you at all times.

OMG'osh! Congrats Brit!! I am just seeing this thread and hope everything works out wonderfully, I lucked out with Jesse, He and Bailey are buds already, good thing because he came from another province, so there wasn't a trial period!
