| Okay, here is Mick when he was younger after the grey disappeared, except above the nose and along side the ears. The darker hair above his nose is darker and called a thumprint. Notice the thinker hair on feet and fluffier coat. I will take more photos of him today to show how he is completly cleared tan, except the back of his ears still have grey hairs. |

| I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Did you tell the breeder about it? When they have it that young, it's thought to be genetic. The good news is, with surgery, they do quit well.

He's much darker than Joey, whose head seemed to go completely silver, and then change to a light gold. Mick has gorgeous coloring. Yorkies have such a wonderfully unique coat, even when it's not perfect, it's so beautiful.

| Here is Mick today. He has a cotton coat, but has a tan head and cleared, except behind the ears and thumbprint is gone. He looks black, but is not, he is a very dark blue. I have conditioner on him so he does not mat. He is very old now - I think 12 years old. He is neutered and just our loved pet. |

What kind of conditioner do you use that helps to prevent matting?

| I hope your little boy Bear heals quickly. He's such an adorable baby. |
