It would be great if it was in place in both places. A little inconvenient to YT veterans, but if it helps share knowledge with newbies, a little inconvenience isn't going to hurt anyone.

It quite simply is not enough of a reason to breed blindly, with no experience, with no research, with no mentor, with no plan in place for all the challenges and responsibilities of breeding.

So ask your questions, but please before hand read all the threads here on whelping, breeding, health tests, etc. These threads can be found at the top of each forum, and some are in the YT Library.

If half of the people who ask questions on the breeders section could follow this advice, some YTalkers would have their wrists spared of writing the same advice over and over.
We will see if we can keep this thread hot and going. Maybe we can get more people to read ...

I am glad to hear that at the end all was good for this momma dog and her pups, and you stepped up to responsibilities that were never yours, but you got rewarded with a happy ending and a lot of wisdom that you can share.

I would normally say that yes i would do this but the truth is i dont go to the breeders section when i see some of the threads i get very angry i had a constant battle with one of the pups(my gwen) and i was convinced that she would not make it even now she is nearly completely blind and only a year old im afraid i could not keep myself in check and get in trouble and i love yorkietalk way to much to let that happen.
