| I'm sorry you had drunken scared babies. So far so good in our home. My mom did look at Kaji and ask him in a worried voice questions about the noise. Kaji looked at me for reassurance. I asked her to let him be, and since I'm calm, he's calm. He is hiding by my leg now.

| and put the ac, plus the TV loud, and it worked . My little ones weren't totally relaxed, but it was waaay better than last year. A little scared bark here and there, but no losing their minds. It also helped a bit that our development distributed warning flyers saying that this year they would have 'zero tolerance' for violators of the 'no fireworks in the development rules.' It had been ignored before and last year it felt as if though the fireworks were going off right outside of my house. They did have fireworks outside of our development and that made it more bearable because the noise wasn't so close...so glad
