I feel like people who let there dogs out to free to roam honestly dont really love there pets because there are so many bad things that can happen to them. Now to let your unfixed pet roam shows unlove and ignorance. People really bother me sometimes with the things they do.

Jodi, are they srays? I saw a momma dog this morning with very large teats. She was digging in a dumpster. I just hate irresponsible people.

He didn't know if they were strays. Since he was working there wasn't much that he could really do. They drivers are not allowed to leave their trucks while on the job. He said eventually the female did run away.

off the subject well i have stray cats 2 m/ & the f on my porch they are on the wild side
been feeding them for about 9 months now and the female still has milk from her last litter and they have been trying to make babies for days now on my porch but they run every time the door is open i have spray them with water and nothing has work animal control told me to catch them and they would pick them up well if i could catch them i would take them to them

You should see if there is a Feral cat organization in your area. They do catch/spay/release. You really need to get this under control or you are going to have a HUGE issue with feral cats.

I agree. You will quickly have a whole colony of feral cats if they aren't spayed and neutered.

Yes they do - I don't know about all cities/towns but here in Houston we have a problem where I live with people leaving food out for poor stray cats - I appreciate them trying to be helpful and compassionate but these cats were multiplying in droves and I saw a few lying dead in the road after being hit - little baby kittens -

they sent letters about people leaving food out and within days - it was back again - maintenance is susposed to pick up the dishes to try to control the problem but even with the complaints someone called animal control - maintenance did it for a few days and that was that - they know WHO is doing it but do nothing to stop it really.....

they came out with cages and 'bait food' ....but the funniest thing was - those who were feeding them HID the cats on their patios - then let them out because they weren't their cats. The poor cats were howling all night when on patios - I could hear them

Apartment manager told me the biggest problems with managing is Kids and cats - it's an ongoing problem I guess with them all - but when people are encouraging strays to hang around and multiply - they aren't helping them at all.

it's a sad cycle.
