I just watched this video I was literally bawling my eyes out. How could people do this. It makes me so angry..."don't forget this dog" sign. How dare you!! These people obviously have no regard for animals or that sign wouldn't be needed.

Its still in committee. Was referred to this committee and it is still sitting there.

Thanks for the information. I am doing a public policy paper for Political Science on this very issue. I really hope this gets passed because that just opens the avenue for more legislation and we can keep on fighting for the victory over animal abuse. Thanks so kindly for posting this thread in the first place so that all of us can be aware of what's going on. Kudos to you!!!

Side Note: I found this while I was doing a little research and I thought I would share for all you Californian's out there.
