Puppy Mill Bill I came across a Puppy Mill Bill on the ASPCA site ASPCA: Email - USA: Bill for Nationwide Puppy Mill Reform Needs You! This is the proposed bill https://secure2.convio.net/aspca/sit...Action&id=2727 Maybe there is hope. |
Sounds like a great bill, it says, Quote:
On a side note, anyone who would like to help me send this thread to members of the YAP, please contact me. |
I do want to add, anyone on facebook or twitter, might want to link this site. https://secure2.convio.net/aspca/sit...Action&id=2727 |
Put it on my facebook thanks for the link I hope it does some good. |
Thank you for the link...first time I've ever added a link to my Facebook and glad to say it worked...signed the bill too! Nancy, Please let me know if I can help you. |
Email sent to my rep and it's posted on my FB. I'm actually kind of sad to think I'm going to get so much crap from my big bro for that. |
I sent to my rep and senators as well as posted to FB. Hopefully more will do the same. |
Emailed my rep & senators and posted to FB- thanks for the link! |
Email sent and pasted on FB! Come one everyone needs to do this. It was so easy, and literally took me a few minutes. |
This has my support!:) |
I'm definitely in support of legislation against puppymills, but I'm just curious-does required USDA licensing really do anything? breeders that sell to brokers and petstores (puppymills) are USDA licensed, so how does this help? At least they're required to excercise them everyday, but that doesn't mean the rest of the time they're not caged. Please note that I'm not against this bill, just trying to understand. :) |
