IMO...and after seeing the pics...your puppy does look 9 to 10 weeks old. As far as her teeth, I have had some puppies whose incisors took this long to come in too. Teeth are not a reliable indicator of age in some of these toy breeds. Happy to hear she checked out good.

HAHA! Yes, some things just come with time!!

Dont focus too much on the growth chart, all dogs grow differently... my little girl was about the same size as yours at 9 weeks and she is 6 pounds now... just give it time and whatever size she ends up being, you will get used to it!
