If you have to point fingers and blame anyone, it should be the friend in this case- it was HER female in heat and she allowed them to be unsupervised together out in the yard.

People on this forum are so quick to jump down someone's throat! I have loved this forum for a long time, but lately it seems someone can't even ask a simple question without getting jumped on or a thread being hyjacked by someone on a soapbox. I, too, love dogs and wish they all had a perfect life without human error, but stuff happens and sometimes we all just need a little advice to help us out.

First let me start by saying a heartfelt thank you to all that actually answered or gave support!!!♥♥ Second, SHE IS SOOOO NOT PREGNANT!!! yay!! whoooo, what a crazy couple of days!! I felt so guilty!!lol.. but no, vet confirms, she is not pregnant.. just gained a lil weight for whatever reason.. ANd yeah now that i know she is not pregnant, i can laugh...lmao!! this lil horndog of mine is too much!! I cant wait for his appointment.. he has "humped" the stuffing out of his favortie bear...lol... So, no harm no foul..

Also, yeah it is unfortunate that people seem to FORGET that we are just human, errors do occur, NOONE((no not even You)) is perfect.. It makes me sad that people get so critical or snippy when all i asked was a question, obviously if i knew the answer, I WOULDNT HAVE ASKED.. But whatev, thank goodness this crisis was averted.. But in the future i would ask if u have nothing nice to say when I post, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY.. it takes away from the positive happy experience of sharing the wiles of our cute lil babies.. ya know.. JMO tho.. thanks♥

I'm reading this thread and find many people, instead of offering advise, are berating the dog owner. I certainly wouldn't like these kind of negative responses thrown at me.
Perhaps delivery with some kindness would be better appreciated.
Insults and suggestions of inpropriety aren't necessary.

If anyone out there is artistic and creative, I'd love to see some mock up drawings of the potential outcome.
