i have emailed every breeder in my area from ytca no one has returned my emails thats what brings me here just trying to not make the same mistake again by buying a sick puppy and having my heart broken again

One thing I've read on here is that emails are some breeders pet peeves. If you're really interested, call. They want to get to know you as much as you should want to get to know them. Also, if a breeder's first words are "yes we have puppies they are $$$$ much." RUN! They're obviously only interested in $$$$$.

As a member of YTCA, I suggest a phone call is better appreciated. We want to hear a voice and know that you are putting forth an effort. Most will not answer questions via an e-mail. Will never let you know if we have puppies available. There will be a two way question in answer conversation. We are not about selling puppies, but about finding the best possible homes for our pups.

Let me add, if the first words from a prespective new owner is how much are your pups. It's a big turn off.
