I can tell you have enjoyed having this little girl, and are getting attached, but I do hope you can find the owners. It is unbearably painful to lose a beloved pet and this little girl was obviously cared for. People who buy dresses for their little dogs love them. I commend you for looking for her owners.

I doubt that one. Beachwood is a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. That's about 4hr from here..

This girl barely likes to go for long walks, I can't imagine her footing it for 250+miles

Oh I didn't notice that, lol! That doesn't sound promising!
Did you hear anything from the other ad?

There is always the possibility that she was stolen and then dumped for some reason. She could have been move quite a distance from home.

Well, I placed another CL ad this morning in the 'pets' section and I got 7 hits back. Most of them were looking for a male dog of various ages that had been lost. A couple seemed shady, one really broke my heart (her grandma lost hers).

One lady p***** me off. She emailed me saying, "hey if you don't find the owners I'm willing to pay you $100 for her"

I would have been mad too if I had someone respond like that. I think she's better off with a caring person like you if her owners couldn't be found. Geez, that's ... I can't even think of a word!

I'm so glad you continue to try to find her owner and I know that with you she's in the best of care.

As I look at my little one who is sprawled across my lap pretending to be asleep, I don't know what I'd do if she were lost or if someone had taken her.

Did you run an add in the news paper ? as it is the ( Law ) and that's the first place most people look.

oh wow how sad that she's lost but you are a blessing...even if you don't find her mom at least she ended up in a good home ...but I do hope you find her mom..

I've been wanting a dog like this for quite a long time, and I love her to pieces! I'm still trying to be optimistic that I find her rightful owner(s) though.

Thoughts, advice, suggestions appreciated.

Hi...we have been searching for a stolen yorkie from Dayton, TX.
Can you please check this thread out...this yorkie we are looking for is Microchiped but sometimes microchips move .
