How do you explain your biewer?

Hmm...every Biewer breed history page I have read claims the Biewer originated in a litter produced by two purebred yorkies. And they breed true when bred to yorkies of any color. IMO..it just feels untruthful to call them "cousins" when history and pedigree's prove they are yorkies.

When people ask me about my "beautiful colored yorkies"...I just tell them they are tri yorkies. If I try and tell them that one originated in Germany and the other in the USA...they get a puzzled look and say..."but they look like the same dog, except one has a tail". So tri colored yorkie works for me.

That's what I say too!!!! - Lizzie's dad is a Biewer (I saw him) and she has some white but not much - plus she seems to have smaller eyes than Mr. Darcy.

Isn't the correct way to say it be-vah? Sorry...I hacked that up, don't know how else to write it. I knew someone who called them beavers...like the kind that hack up wood! LOL. Drives me nuts when people pronounce things wrong so I really would like to know! One of my mom's friends called oprah O-PHRAH...ugh. LOL.

What's even funnier is, I never knew people called diapers, nappys, long ago which explains some of the reactions when I tell people his name is Nappy, hahahaha! But I've learned to quickly add in that it is short for Napoleon

I believe the term 'nappies' (diapers) is currently used in Australia...
