| Congrats on your new baby, she is adorable! Sophie was the same way when we got her - except she wouldn't even touch her Beneful. We tried numerous types of food for her and she finally decided to eat Actrium (from walmart) lamb puppy formula. I didn't want her eating that food at all....but the vet told me to stop worry so much and just let her eat it until we found one she liked. We were told that regardless of what the quality is, if she wants it...feed it to her because she kept becoming hypoglycemic from refusing to eat/drink. Turns out she had sensitivities to corn, wheat and hated anything made me chicken as their main meat. So, I found Halo Spots Stew Salmon puppy formula and she loves it and she is still on it (mixed with Acana Pacifica)...but it is a decent food and she likes it. It turns out she just wouldn't eat anything that was primarily chicken (Halo has chicken in the list, but fairly far down)....even her treats and everything is chicken-less lol |

| It's funny how she will only eat the food with corn in it. All of the other foods are rejected. She will go for long periods without eating, someone told me she would eat when she was hungry... well, she begged and begged for food and then went to bed without eating anything . I really don't know what to do anymore, or what to try. She will eat my dad's heelers purina puppy chow, go figure... maybe the crap dog foods have artificial flavors in them that taste better than the good stuff... Kinda like a greasy cheeseburger compared to grilled chicken breast and broccoli? The Bil Jac is also little pellets like rabbit food... does anyone know of any good dog food that is easier to break? My last attempt was Taste of the Wild Wetlands with Duck, Turkey and Quail. It was so hard she would try so hard to break it and eventually give up... that is a 6 star food, but not in Chloe's book... it also smelled HORRID! Quote:
