So we just moved apartments and we have a lot more ppl around. well my neighbor (which my husband used to work with and says shes not very nice to begin with) just came over and said that the boys bark non stop. Well I know its more than they did at our old place but it is not non stop... anyway... for our sanity and our neighbors what can I do to stop it?!?! |

| The first time I moved with my maltese - to a new apartment in a new state - I got the same complaint from my next door neighbor. He was never a barker; but did not like being left alone in a strange place. I'm not saying this is the answer; but I called my Vet back home and he mailed me some pills to calm him down for just a few days. Yes, I felt guilty because they made him sleepy. But it did do the trick and after about 3 days I quit using them and had no more complaints. It's an awful feeling to move to a brand new place and then feel like all your neighbors hate you! I came home to a note on my door and just burst into tears. Anyway, things got better. |
