| Welcome to YT! There is so much info to be found here, even possibly a breeder! However my best advice to you before purchasing your new pup is to do lots of research on the breed! Yorkies are not for the faint of heart or the shallow of pockets! LOL They are GREAT, but expensive, needy, time consuming and almost impossible to house break. I love 'em though! I am happy to hear you are researching proper breeders, thats so great! Good Luck on your search.

| Hi, It's so exciting getting a new puppy. You're smart for doing your research. I bought a puppy while I was in college.... he was a nice little study buddy. I recommend you try to find one on the smaller size. You can find dog bags that look like purses and just bring him/ her to class with you. My friend always did that with her toy fox terrier..... no one ever knew she was there. That way you won't have to worry about it being alone for so long. I had a Cocker Spaniel... I wish could have put him in a purse. Now I have 2 Morkies Maltese/yorkies they are great too. Have fun with your new baby. Show us all pics when you get him or her |
