I bought the Puppia harness at Amazon.com for roughly $15 each. They come in basic colors and a few really cute patterns. Easy to get in and out of. The strappy ones at Petsmart would get all tangled up. (maybe its just me) Chief thinks he is a sled dog and the lead dog at that so the harness works great to keep his little neck free. Plus they look so cute in the little blue plaid material!

We use the step in harnesses for the girls because they don't come near the throat. They are "the" best. They have Buddy Belts and they have several colors each of the ones made by Chattismom, Cindy! I did make Spicy (my new Papillon girl) three harnesses made like the Puppia harness, and made her matching cones because she's going in for eye surgery in less than two weeks and will need to wear a cone for two weeks.

I love the Step in Harness too. I want to order one from Chattiesmom, because the one I have now seems to tangle her hair. I think the silky step in will be much more comfortable. Twinkie loves her walks no matter what kind of weather we're having.
