|  the misspellings made me giggle... I would just like to say good for you! They are trying to make you feel badly for doing this, and I hope they do not get the better of you! They are making excuses for their mistakes, and they do not want to take full responsibility for what they've done wrong. I'm sure I'm being mean for saying this...but reading the other hate mail you might receive would be interesting to read...
