| Anyones Yorkie walk on their front paws only? I have seen on tv, (usually, Americas Funniest Animals show..). Plenty of dogs that walk around on their front paws, like when people walk on their hands.. This is so funny,,, I can't imagine how they do it?! Does anybody have a dog that does this?

| Gus does this every time I put his pj's on. He looks so funny. If he's not walking on his front paws, he's walking sideways. It takes him at least a good 20 minutes to get him to walk right. Maybe I should start putting them on my more but he just hates them. He'll just sit there all sad looking till I take them off. He doesnt mind his shirts, hoodies, or swearters but he hates 4 legged pj's.

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | We used to have a chihuahua that did it all the time when there was snow on the ground or the lawn was wet. I honestly think his back paws got cold, so he thought by lifting them off the ground he could stay warmer. I'm so mad that I never got a video of it before he died. ----->

Are you kidding? Mine has enough trouble walking on all fours without tripping because she never slows down soon enough! She has been spending a lot more time on her hind feet lately though and that's because she's always snooping into everything.

| I bought a handsome little guy who would walk on his front feet and pee and poo. Turned out this was the first indication that he was afflicted with LCP. I gave him to a vet tech, paid for his surgery and is now a therapy dog.. |

| Yes, my Romeo does it. He had surgery on the right hip & on the left knee. He is 1 yr & 4 months old, so we have seen it alot from him. Hopefully now he will stop when he starts using his right leg. He had surgery a month ago & the cast has been off for 2 weeks. He uses it to scratch but not to walk on yet. He has 2 pins in that leg. I'm sure it will take some time but it will get better.
