Yes, my Romeo does it. He had surgery on the right hip & on the left knee. He is 1 yr & 4 months old, so we have seen it alot from him. Hopefully now he will stop when he starts using his right leg. He had surgery a month ago & the cast has been off for 2 weeks. He uses it to scratch but not to walk on yet. He has 2 pins in that leg. I'm sure it will take some time but it will get better.
