Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Help!!!! Falling apart... I am overwhelmed!!! I got my foster furkid today. And I can't stop crying at the sad shape she's in. And Missy is just curling up in a ball u nder the fesk and doesn't want to come out. And that's making me cry more. The hubby yelled at me for crying because crying isn't going to solve anything. And he's right, but What do I do??? I am falling apart here...

| Aaaw hun. I am so sorry that I don't have any amazing advice for you. But what I can say is that you are doing a wonderful thing, by fostering that little angel. And I totally understand you crying, you have a kind heart and sometimes we cry. But I have faith that you will do what's best for this little one. And it's totally possible to have strength in the midst of tears. I wish you all the best.

| Oh my, for the fosters sake please pull it together..they understand when people are upset and their spirits could leave them....if you think they are dying. Do you have pictures you could post? What is wrong with her?

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | She's got a bald spot from where they "accidentally" pulled out her hair when putting her top not in. I can feel everyone of her bones. Her hair is so matted, it beyond saving.

| Your doing a great thing for the little one. Just remember though, that your little furbabies are can sense how upset you are. Try to be strong for them. HUGSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

| That poor precious baby. Much easier said than done, I am sure - however, I have heard that our furbabies forget fairly quickly and it is only us feeling sad or bad for them that prolongs their agony. I pray for God's guidance and I am sending you huge huggs for your big heart. Lots of good thoughts and love headed your foster's and your way!!

| You are doing a wonderful thing for that furbaby! Now stop crying Have you bathed her and held her? She knows how upset you are. Try to calm down and relax so that she can too ~~~Hugs to you...

| What rescue are you fostering for? Did they give you any instructions? Almost every yorkie I fostered/rescued had to be shaved...it is okay and they feel so much better when the hair is gone and they smell sweet. I am guessing her teeth are in terrible shape. What does the vet say? If you have not taken her to a vet I would not have her around your dog as she could spread diseases to your dog. Good food will fatten her up right away so you will feel better about that soon.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Poor little thing.... There are alot of people here with experience and will help you but from what I know - the advise you already got is right on target - you need to pull yourself together - she's feeling what you're feeling and will feed off that....it won't help her if you're very stressed out she just went thru a big move - even leaving a bad home can be traumatic for any dog...so if you can try to just act normal and let her adjust maybe she'll her come out of her shell but it may take some time. She sounds like she really needs love and has been thru alot so good for you bringing her into your home....I know the people who foster/rescue here will be offering you good advise so I'm shutting up and will just wish you all the best with her !! no more crying ok ???

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Taking both girls for a walk. Rosie is amazing! She could teach Missy a thing about walking on a lose leash! Gotta get over it and start making Rosie' life better to make up for her past! Thank you. I can't keep crying and help her!!!

| Poor baby... just shower her with lots of love and be patient with her. It may take some time for her to build trust with you. Poor thing. I feel so bad for her.

| I understand how you feel. Im a foster mom too and I have definitely cried more than once on the first few days. It gets easier and you and the dog will adjust...go for your walk and that Im sure will help. Hang in there you are doing a great thing for that little girl.
