I am overwhelmed!!!

I got my foster furkid today. And I can't stop crying at the sad shape she's in.
And Missy is just curling up in a ball u nder the fesk and doesn't want to come out. And that's making me cry more.

The hubby yelled at me for crying because crying isn't going to solve anything. And he's right, but

What do I do???

I am falling apart here...
