| Does ur cutie do this? When Duncan is eating, he's really busy and tired I guess. He gotta hold one piece of his food out to living room from kitchen to chew on it. After he finish ONE piece, he rushes back to his bowl to get another piece. One piece at A time. How about ur cutie?

| Oh yes, we take each piece and lay down on our favorite rug to finish it. Too bad by the time she lays down, it's already time to get back up again! Silly silly.. |

| Eating on the Run I think our Yorkies have the right idea . . . eat on the run, burn calories and keep that trim figure. Bella does the same thing and sometimes she hides 2-3 kibble in a special spot (in full view) and goes back later for a little snack. They always keep us smiling, don't they? |

| Crosley & Camden keep their heads in their bowls the whole time they are eating, but not Wrigley! She has pieces all around her bowl that she goes back to and eats at the end! It's funny because Camden will just randomly walk by and steal pieces from her!

| Max will take a bite, go look out the back sliding glass door, then come back for more. He'll repeat that cycle until he's done. Aren't their little personalities so funny

| Hot Rod entertained us with that when we first got him. He and Maggie still do it every now and then but not as much as at first. It is amazing the little quirks they have. Now they do it with treats though. They will snatch the treat and run to the other side of the of room before they feel "safe" to eat it. lol

| Maddie does this She gets her piece, runs to her spot, arranges her blanked turns around, lays down and then eats her piece of food, and then back to the kitchen for more.... This is why I swear yorkies are not normal dogs So cute.

| Pixie is the same way. But, she'll take a mouthful of dry food from her dish and take it to the carpeting and then will eat them up one by one. She'll do this several times until she has enough. |

| woof! My Zena does the same thing with dry food. This behaviour is not particular to Yorkies however; I've seen two Pomeranians do the exact same thing! ~woof! |

| Same Snick has to eat on carpeting, now we just keep his dish at the edge of the grandroom where the carpeting starts. He gets his raw on the living room on a rug as well. So funny!! He won't eat on the hardwood. He even has to take his carrots, bully sticks, after potty treats onto carpeted areas if we give them to him on tile/hardwood. I think the carpet makes him feel secure???? Smiles- Snick & Viv
