About to buy a yorkie from a lady(not a breeder) is this legit?should i buy her? - Page 3 - YorkieTalk.com Forums

I agree... very rare.
In this case it was explained that this lady got 2 siblings as a gift and when they reached the age of 8 months she realized 2 was too many for her and was Re-Homing one of them for 300.00, which would assure her the next owner could take care of the dog and she would cover her vet expenses, at least some, with the dog.

If you got one for free... good for you !
