As of this morning no arrest had been made. Fayette co. authorities are actively investigating and there is a rather large reward for info leading to an arrest. A local (Atlanta) radio personality and animal lover has gotten involved.

Yesterday, Fayette co. Ga. police made an arrest after a tip was phoned in. It was a 17 yr old neighbor of the horses owner. Luckily Ga has very tough animal cruelty laws and the punk is charged with a felony. He also has a pretty extensive criminal history including several charges of illegal deer hunting.

A 17 year old boy did this. This is one jury case I would love to be on. Crazy people are getting younger and younger.
Hopefully he'll be tried as an adult!!!!!
