Yesterday, Fayette co. Ga. police made an arrest after a tip was phoned in. It was a 17 yr old neighbor of the horses owner. Luckily Ga has very tough animal cruelty laws and the punk is charged with a felony. He also has a pretty extensive criminal history including several charges of illegal deer hunting.
