| Virus question Yesterday, my girlfriends son came in the house and tracked some dog poo on the floor, judging from the size of it, it didn't belong to Mr. Bailey (who has yet to have all of his shots). Im a little nervous because of all the talk about Parvo and I was wodering ifthere something I should do to protect him from contracting this virus. I heard somehting about a booster shot but am unfamiliar with its use. He's only 91/2 weeks old and needs the final three vacinations of the series |

| Use a dilute bleach solution where the poo was tracked on the floor, and let it sit for a few minutes before wiping it up. But first, test it on the floor in an inconspicuous spot to be sure it won't damage the color of the floor. If your dog has been exposed to Parvo, there isn't anything you can do at this point. Just watch him very closely and get him to the vet ASAP if he starts acting ill.
