Use a dilute bleach solution where the poo was tracked on the floor, and let it sit for a few minutes before wiping it up. But first, test it on the floor in an inconspicuous spot to be sure it won't damage the color of the floor.

If your dog has been exposed to Parvo, there isn't anything you can do at this point. Just watch him very closely and get him to the vet ASAP if he starts acting ill.
