I could see where this exonomy could force some breeders to sell at the side of the road but the fact remains that they shouldnt be breeding if they need to do it

There was a news story here a few days ago. A man was caught trying to cross the border from Mexico into San Diego county. He had FIFTEEN! 8 week old poodle puppies. He was arrested and the dogs confiscated of course. All 15 of them were diagnosed with parvo! He even admitted he was going to sell them as christmas gifts. The reporter also warned the listeners not to buy puppies as gifts from random people on the street as most end up dying in a few days.

You obviously are judging if you think that no one here it out educating! What have you done lately in real life to educate these fools? I am not asking you so that you can answer me....I am asking you so that you can ask yourself.

I know what I do on a daily basis to try to educate people; and I know also why people are on the side of the road selling animals. I have spoken with enough of them ... how many have you spoken to? Again, merely a question for you to answer.

Do you not pass judgement when you hear about a child molester? I DO! And, I also pass judgement on people who harm ANY living beings. Would I forgive? Perhaps, IF they saw the err of their ways, but people who continue doing so even when smacked in the face with education? I really do not think I am that forgiving...so call me a sinner. I doubt I will burn in hell for it. Maybe for something else I did, but not for that.

Where do you draw the line with selling puppies to make a buck? Is it only alright to do it you are unemployed, terminally ill, need to buy the grandkids Christmas gifts............should be make a list? If is is wrong for one person it is just wrong straight across the board! There are no "IF's" in the equation.

Don't even get me started on the Amish! Hmmm so it's alright for them to turn to breed because they have lost factory jobs! That is beyond ridiculous! Puppymills are lucrative to the millers but what about all of the suffering that goes on in the mills? That is a very uneducated opinion to even try to state.

I am sorry but there is no way that I would ever consider breeding dogs for any reason. I have not been able to find a job in 18 months. Unemployment lasts for 99 weeks according to the latest legislation passed by the Senate a few months back. There is help with heat, electric, and food if you make an effort to look for it . Instead this woman decided to sit in a parking lot selling puppies that were way too young to leave their mother. Unethical and unacceptable no matter what the circumstances are in her life.

Actions like this woman's just perpetuates the suffering that goes on daily all over this country. There is absolutely no reason to ever try to rationalize breeding and selling ANYTHING on the side of the road.

Finally, I would like to point of that irresponsible breeding goes on to cost us the taxpayers that fund shelters and the disposing of all of these unwanted beloved pets that are sold.

Anyone that rationalizes that doing something unethical or illegal needs to take a look at their own moral compass.

WHOA! I was simply answering a previous question. I NEVER said no one is educating, I am happy you do what you do to make a difference. I have sent many emails to 'teacup breeders' on my local Craigslist and local sales networks. I try to educate and am continually learning myself. I know you all are educating b/c I see it here DAILY!!

I am not saying that people on this particular thread do not...I am simply saying that some people are not online for the same reasons While we might hope that everyone is all sweetness and light, I have been online long enough to know that wackos do lurk in all areas of the internet. Maybe you have not run across some of the YT trolls that appear at different times. One must be very careful online.

I just went back and reread quite a few posts and honestly I do believe that you felt I was wrong for stating what I believe to be a fact. I quoted the term "yorkie lovers" and someone said I was wrong...you agreed. Clearly you felt I should not say that I felt that it was appalling that someone who professed to love yorkies could approve of selling pups on the roadside. There were people on this thread who DID justify it. I just find that to be conflicting...I honestly do not see how a "yorkie lover" could approve of something like that.

It went on until you quoted biblical scripture to IMO (now I put this in caps, because maybe it was only my opinion) call me out as being judgemental. The trend surely did seem to point that way. Now, honestly, I will not lose sleep over it...nor should you. None of this is personal in my way of thinking. I am merely saying what I believe to be true.

Tossing out bible quotes to make your point is a violation of YT rules ~I believe. You can take any bible quote and spin it in such a manner to apply to any given situation.

If anything you need to educate yourself further in the atrocities that go on in the country when it comes to the treatment of animals.

It will enlighten your prospective of what God's creatures and just how inhuman we can be as a society. Then come back and we can discuss the ethics and inhumane treatment of God's creatures.

You obviously have NO IDEA what really goes on, dogs being sliced open to remove puppies, pipes shoved down their throat to "debark", jaws rotting away from lack of vet care, breeding bitches used up until their uteruses fall out, dogs taken out and shot to "euthanize" , so many stacked in cages they attack, kill and eat each other. When you are able to stomach these atrocities come back and we can talk.

Emailing someone on Craiglist to inform them that there is no such thing as a "teacup" Yorkie isn't even a drop in this great big ocean. You need to educate yourself about what goes on in this society and be OUTRAGES at the way GOD's creatures are treated.

You need to help in your arms a little rescue that had been so mistreated that he has no idea what petting, cubbling and loving really is~hold him in your arms as he takes his last breath~knowing that you gave him your all and unconditional love.

Watch as a pup looks you in the eye and has total devoting and love even though you know the beginning of his life was without human contact. Feel his love when he melts into your chest and you breath together.

Then come back and talk about Jesus and his forgiveness. When you have experiences these things in your everyday life come back and talk to LadyJane, lcornel, me and all the others on YT that have felt this love.

Then lets talk......................
