Donating YT 11K Club Member | Puppy 1 or Puppy 2? So I am planning on getting a puppy sooner or later. There is this lady that has 2 females at the moment but they look almost the same! I was wondering if you guys can tell any difference at all? I mean looks to me, are not important like personality is..but I've asked her about both of theirs personality and she is not much help. She says they are both sweet, friendly but that she can't tell any difference in the way they act. They are 6 weeks old already..i mean come on...don't they start showing SOME personality traits at like 4 weeks or no? The only thing she told me was that one of them is easier to pose for pics..the other likes to wander around and won't stay still for as long. So anyway which do you think is cuter? Also Yorkie 1 is like an ounce smaller than Yorkie 2 and yorkie 1 ears are up, yorkie 2 arent yet. The first 2 pics they are like 5-6 weeks and the other 2 pics they were 4 weeks i believe.

| Yeah those pics are like the same size as the thumbnails. Can't you go see them in person and see which one you like better?

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I can't tell the pictures are to small. I know mine are almost 6 weeks and I can already tell a differnce in personality. Neither one of my girls ears are up but they are starting. I am not worried. I have seen some that didn't stand until 16 weeks or so..

Donating YT 11K Club Member | No :/ Whichever i pick would be shipped to me..and it also doesn't help that the breeder doesn't take videos..that would help at least somewhat to see how they are but oh well. lol I'm sure they are both sweet.

To bad she can't do a video. Does she have a website we can see them bigger? Have you tried photobucket to make them bigger? Maybe she will still have both in a week or so and she will be able to tell you more about personality.

| I completely agree. There is so much to consider to make sure the new addition is the right one. Personality is very important but so is your breeder. When the right one comes along you will know. Don't rush ...it needs to feel right "deep down" and you will not have any doubts. PS......I will be announcing our new baby after the holidays. I have been looking for several months and have been in contact with a number of wonderful breeders. After many emails, phone calls and pictures, I knew without a doubt our soon to be new baby was the one. Also, her breeder is fabulous! Listen to your instincts...you will know when its your baby. Good Luck and Merry Christmas

| Actually, the ears are little "eastie", "westie", but I know that is not a major concern to you. She is cute, but I don't recall ever seeing a Yorkie baby not being cute!..lol But, just speaking for myself, I would never buy a puppy if I couldn't go see it, the parents and where it lived. I know how difficult it is to wait when you want one, but it's just so nice to actually see and "feel" that personality instead of depending on someone else. Good luck in your search for your new furbaby.

| If a breeder can't even tell their personalities, I would go elsewhere. Most good breeders won't even let you pick, they will pick for you once they know your personality so they can make a good match. |

YT 500 Club Member | Congrats on being so close to getting a new puppy! As for the shipping, is there not a closer breeder that you can find? Let us konw what you decide!!
