She did. But I got an email from this group that I wasn't participating, so I needed to post something since I hadn't been here in a while.

She did, but I don't post personal information online. It is what it is. She's been showing and has won in different states she shows in. She knows what she is talking about.

WE all get that little e-mail when we haven't posted in awhile.....doesn't mean we have too....just telling us they miss us.....you won't get kicked off

If you exhibit, you travel to different states, we've all won or lost in said states...

Don't need to post names just lines.....

My Lines come from This Time, Pastoral, Firacres, & Jen's.....some of the oldest lines out there. If you've been around the show world most know who the kennel names belong too.

I personally would only have AKC - JMO. I have checked out both over the years (when my family just had a pet) and still prefer AKC. If you have been to any AKC show, you will know that they have clinics and seminars - thus supporting health and education. I am also a member of an all breed AKC club and we have guest speakers that also educate our members on health issues and other topics, so we are always learning. We also have fund raisers and donate needed canine items and supplies to police department and firefighters, and local pounds. Some of our members also rescue.

Price - that is very high for a show dog. But it is her preference to set her own price and the dog may already be a finished champion. Maybe she does not want to really sell him. You can get an AKC show prospect pup for lot less, I mean a lot less than that, as a norm. I have seen ads for CKC pups up there too - it depends on the breeder as to the price they want to sell their pups for.
