Senior Yorkie Talker | Cesar M. has a yorkie!! I was reading how to rasie the perfect dog, and Cesar has a yorkie! A puppy mill rescue, named Georgia Peach I believe. I just thought it was great that his family pack includes a yorkie! I love wacthing the show and I hope to raise Ares as a "Cesar" dog! He's only 3 months old now but I'm working everyday with him... (being preggers, with two girls 5&6, and a hubby who's an active duty Marine to drive me crazy lol) Any thoughts what methods work best with puppies? Who eles loves Cesar? or

| I love Cesar I think he's a great person and has a natural way of being with dogs. I think it's great he added a Yorkie to his pack.

| Here is why I give it a in short because I have strong opinions regarding dog training and some of Millan's methods have been criticized as outmoded and even harmful by numerous dog training and animal professionals including both the American Human Association as well as Dr. Dodman (head of animal behavior and training at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine). If you do a quick google you will see all the criticism - it's been going on for years. I like Victoria Stillwell (It's me or the dog") and I give her a big

| I dont know really anything about him. My mom loves him but I looked at a family picture of him and his family and pets and he has a pitbull and I'm sorry no matter how good or a trainer you are I dont think you should have a young child and a pitbull. I think its just asking for trouble.

| I worship the ground Cesar walks on, and I'm not afraid to admit it. If anyone could have a pitbull around children (or a yorkie), it would be Cesar. His pitbull "Daddy" is the best You really can't ban the breed ... "One of Daddy’s remarkable traits is his extreme tolerance for smaller dogs. He allows them to do whatever they want to him" Daddy | Cesar Millan

| I don't think you should condemn pitbulls. Yes they have awful reputations. As a former owner of a pitbull I can tell you that if properly trained they are loyal and love their whole pack. My brother owns a pitbull and she loves my yorkie. I was initially afraid but she treated him like he was hers was gentle and knew not to be agressive. I have a 7 year old and worry more about Troy biting her than my brothers pitbull. Just bc Troy is not tolerant of excitement whereas my brothers pitbull is all for the play and is motherly with her too. |

| That's pretty much being prejudice to a certain dog. Just b/c pitbulls have a bed rep, doesn't mean all pitbulls are terrible and vicious. If you train a dog properly from puppyhood, it can be like "Daddy." I think Ceaser gives a wonderful outlook on how gentle and wonderful a pitbull can be. We all happen to love Yorkies, well there are bunches of people who would disagree b/c they love pitbulls. How sad!! We were at PetSmart just yesterday for Snick's santa picture. There was a pit puppy and I had NO problem letting Snick sniff him when the owner said it was OK. I always ask 1st b/c any dog of any breed could have social problems. I understand that people are weary b/c of all the attacks in the media etc, but remember, there are sweet, gentle pitbulls too! Smiles- Snick & Viv
