| I don't think we should get so paranoid that we don't take them for walks, or to stores, or otherwise live normal everyday lives, but I do firmly believe that regardless of the breed, if you have a tiny dog, never, ever let it outside alone, even if your yard is securely fenced and your neighborhood is a nice quiet safe one. There are scrupulous people, birds of prey and larger wild animals always on the prowl everywhere. Let's make this a happy, safe holiday season, and share our Christmas experiences with each other, and that includes all our family.

| I know it's really scary. I came home the other night to find my gates wide open. Someone was up to something. We've since gotten locks for the gates.

| I've been wanting to talk about this. It was on the news a few nights ago that a woman in my area got her yorkie (he was so cute) back after being missing for a a whole month. The pup was stolen out of her back yard and sold at a flea market to some people who were kind enough to put a poster up w/ the yorkie's picture on it. I guess they were suspicious about him. It was a great story and i'm glad my news channel decided to run it. People do some crazy things so watch your furbaby. =]

| I to have 4 yorkies that I never let out of my sight! My biggest fear was always someone trying to steal them. And yes it is a shame that someone would do such a hideous thing to steal someones pet and give or sell it to another. I know how I would feel if it happened to me and the poor little dog. Can you imagine how scared he or she is? It makes me angry!
