				 | Wow! That's some family. I'm 58, 4 kids and fortunate to have a 2 year old grandson. I always say my kids aren't with the program. The 3 girls all got married in their 30's (careers) and I hope now I'll have more grandbabies. One is just not enough.

				 | Oh I can appreciate that. I am 61 with 6 kids and 18 grandkids. The oldest one is 10. All of my friends have 3, 4, 5, grandkids. I offer to let them borrow a few at Christmas time. Cause this poor grandma is going broke. |

				 | Aww. I don't know what is worse, people thinking you are older or way younger. I am 18 but everyone thinks I look like I am 12. I even had a customer come in at my work and ask me, "Who is your mother or father? I didn't know it was take your daugther to work day!" ... I will greet people coming in to the store and I will hear people whisper among themselves: "Why is that little girl talking to us?" This is a daily occurence! "Wow, how old are you?" "Umm.. I'm 18." "You don't look a day over 12." People keep telling me that one day I will appreciate it.. I am still waiting for that day! But just like your senior discount.. I could probably sneak in the movies and get the child price.

				 | That's nice your vet gives senior's discounts. Take it and run! Don't be insulted enjoy it instead. Every little bit helps. I wish my vet did that. I recently got my senior card for county parks and recreation in my area. Along with this card came a book showing all the discounts being offered from various local stores to seniors who show their cards at time of purchase. I was so excited to see our pet store listed and it showed a 10% discount. Wow, I thought, I'm in there every week and spend lot's of $. Well, I went in soon after needing treats and food and got the nerve to show the card at the check out counter. Leave it to me to get a reduced discount from 10% to only 5 % instead. They stated they have lowed it since the book came out I don't know if the darn $2.50 was worth the embarassment of showing the card and getting told the discount had been lowered! I haven't used it since. It's probably worth nothing now, that was 4mos ago I never heard of a re-duced discount |

				 | Hey I get a senior discount at Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds. I really don't care what they think about me. I'm just glad to get the discount.
